Breffni isn’t just about courses—it’s about real learning. With live mentoring, 1:1 sessions, and AI assistance, students get the support they need every step of the way. Flexible schedules make it easy to learn without disrupting work or studies, keeping students engaged and on track.

Initial Problem Discovery
In India, the demand for language learning is at an all-time high, with over 70% of students aspiring to study abroad. Every year, 1.3 million+ Indian students take exams like IELTS, OET, and PTE, and this number is growing by 25% annually.
On the other hand, existing online learning platforms focus primarily on providing course content but lack continuous mentorship, real-time guidance, and structured progress tracking. While AI-powered education tools are emerging, most platforms fail to integrate AI in a way that enhances personalized learning and student engagement. With Breffni, we aimed to bridge this gap by combining structured courses with live mentoring, 1:1 sessions, AI-powered assistance, and interactive learning experiences to ensure students receive continuous support throughout their journey.

By evaluating their successes and challenges, we aim to refine our approach and provide a more effective and engaging learning experience.

To create a user-centered redesign, I developed a detailed persona based on research, including user surveys, competitor analysis, and key pain points. This persona helps shape a structured, engaging, and effective learning experience.
